Pornography and Society was a half-hour documentary program produced by and aired on WBRC-TV in September 1969. The show examined official and public attitudes toward pornography in the Birmingham community.

The program was hosted and narrated by Joe Langston and featured Governor Albert Brewer, Jefferson County Sheriff Mel Bailey, Birmingham City Council member E. C. Overton, Birmingham-Southern College law professor Paul Franke and Our Lady of Fatima Church pastor Robert DeGrandis.
