Richard Cecil "R. C." Hagans (born c. 1986 in Texas) is a street artist and mixed martial arts fighter working in Opelika.

Hagans, the son of a minister, grew up expending his energies wrestling and doodling in church. He became engrossed in creating art while at Auburn High School and has pursued those ambitions relentlessly while working as a bartender, cook and professional fighter. He spent two years working in New York City with the non-profit Child's Cry, but returned to Opelika to create art full-time in 2011.
