Ralph L. Lindsey, Jr (born March 25, 1941) was Mayor of Kimberly from October 2008 until his retirement in April 2009.
Lindsey moved to Kimberly from Tennessee in 2006 and became a leader in the grassroots fight against proposals for strip mining operations in the area. He continued that fight after taking office in 2008 and also led the town's government in cost-cutting measures to help balance the budget. He retired before the end of his term due to health reasons. He was originally to be succeeded by mayor pro tempore Brad Stark on an interim basis, but the Town Council appointed Craig Harris as the new mayor on April 30, the day of Lindsey's retirement. Stark did not apply for the position permanently due to other commitments.
