Republic Industrial Park is an industrial park developed in 1972 by the Republic Iron & Steel Company on the western part of its Thomas Furnace in Birmingham's Thomas neighborhood. The park is built along Republic Boulevard and Republic Circle, accessed from Avenue W on the west.

Crow, Carter & Associates of Atlanta, Georgia developed the first speculative commercial buildings on the site in 1973. They built four buildings totaling 353,000 square feet on a 16-acre parcel.
