Riggins School, also called Riggins Elementary School, Riggins Alternative School, and The Opportunity Academy at Riggins (TOAR) was a public school operated by Birmingham City Schools. It was located at 3177 44th Avenue North between North Birmingham and Boyles.

The elementary school served grades 1-6 until 2002 when it was converted into an alternative school for students in grades 6-12. By 2005-2006 the school served a total of 26 students with a faculty of 8 full-time teachers.
