The Roden Hotel was an unfinished high-rise hotel designed by William C. Weston and located at 5th Avenue North and 18th Street. Between 1913 and 1914 the 12-story steel frame was erected, but the backers ran out of funds and the building remained a skeleton until 1917 when it was dismantled and sold for scrap.
