Ronald D. "Ronnie" Carlton is the son of Milo's Hamburgers founder Milo Carlton and is the President and CEO of Milo's Tea Company.

Carlton, who was born in Birmingham, has a Bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Alabama. He worked as an accountant in several area firms before taking the helm at Milo's.
