Safari Cup was a coffee shop, art gallery and event space located on the ground floor of the Title Building at 300 Richard Arrington, Jr Boulevard North . It was owned by Irish-Zimbabwe natives Dave and Sharon McLaughlin who moved to Birmingham while Dave was employed with Sirco Systems. They opened the coffee shop in August 2002, featuring African-grown coffees.

In addition to coffees and teas Safari Cup served breakfast and lunch. The menu was filled out with smoothies, salads, desserts and fresh baked goods. The shop also sold gift items and artwork brought from Africa. The space was used for meetings, receptions, film screenings, music and comedy performances.

Safari Cup closed in August 2009 and the McLaughlin's relocated to Chicago, Illinois.
