Satterfield's is a fine-dining restaurant in the Heights Plaza building at 3161 Cahaba Heights Road in Cahaba Heights. It was opened in 2004 by Becky Satterfield, who serves as pastry chef. The general manager is Kevin Moore. The current executive chef, Patrick Horn, took over for Haller Magee in 2014.

Magee started as a line cook and succeeded the original executive chef, Frank Sekyra, in 2007.
