Shoppes at City Hall (formerly the Vestavia Plaza Shopping Center) is a 27,714 square-foot shopping center located at 1032-1090 Montgomery Highway in Vestavia Hills. The name of the shopping center changed when the former Food-World anchoring the western end was demolished, along with the nearby Joe's Ranch House supper club, for construction of a new Vestavia Hills City Hall in 2015.
In November 2021 the shopping center was acquired for $3.8 million by an investment fund managed by Shannon Waltchack.
