Simon Goldstein (born c. 1880 in Russia; died December 1952 in Birmingham) was a founder of the Goldstein & Cohen department store.

Goldstein emigrated to the United States in 1899 and settled in the Ensley area in 1903. He was active in civic clubs including the Ensley Kiwanis Club, the Ensley Chamber of Commerce and the Cunningham Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.

Goldstein died in 1952, leaving his wife, Annie, and son, Eugene.
