Slim's Pizzeria (originally called Slims Pizza + Bar) is a New York City-style pizzeria located at 65 Church Street in Mountain Brook's Crestline Village. It was opened in 2021 by Miller Mobley, with John Rolen, Charles Morgan III, and John Michael Bodnar.

Mobley's concept was to replicate a neighborhood pizzeria. The name honors Automatic Slims, a West Village bar he frequented while living in New York City.

In addition to pizza's Slims serves appetizers, cocktails, beer, wine and desserts. Its ice creams are provided by Big Spoon Creamery. Golden Age Wine assisted in developing the wine program.

ArchitectureWorks designed the interior, which was constructed by Locke General Contractors.
