Southpace Properties is a real-estate broker and developer founded in 1984 by John Lauriello and Bill McDavid. The company has been known for their commitment to rehabilitating historic structures in downtown Birmingham. Bryan Holt and Tyler Bradford joined the firm in 2011.
The company's first major development was the Berry Project, an adaptive re-use of several historic commercial buildings on the 2000 block of 2nd Avenue North.
