The Star Barbecue was a barbecue restaurant operated by Mike Mikronis at 1913 5th Avenue North in downtown Birmingham in the early 1940s.
The restaurant had its beer license revoked by the Birmingham City Commission on June 4, 1940. Mikronis' restaurant license was revoked on November 30, 1943.
