Sycamore Manor is a 3-story courtyard-style apartment building located at 1248 22nd Street South in Birmingham's Highland Park neighborhood.

The property was purchased in 2019 from an investment group registered to Benny LaRussa. The buyer, a development group associated with David Silverstein's FiveStone Group, plans to demolished the building and the adjacent Bayer Properties offices for a proposed condominium, hotel, spa and wellness facility.

After Bayer's plans changed, LaRussa sold the property to Jay and Theresa Friedman for $818,500. The Friedmans plan to invest in upgrades to the units and common areas.
