Scarce sources

I'm surprised how hard it is to find any information on the chain's history. And what few sources there are disagree on basic facts. None of it is particularly relevant to the company's Birmingham locations, so I've made it as basic as possible. It appears the Brookwood Village location was there as early as 1976 and closed in the early 1990s. I don't have any early dates for Century Plaza, but it apparently was still extant as late as 1996.--Lkseitz (talk) 05:21, 1 June 2016 (PDT)
