- The figure of 26 comes from a previous Birmingham News story which said there had been "at least 25" incidents since 1987. I added 1 to the total after the most recent spill. As of March 2007 the News is still reporting 25 incidents since 1987. (At least this is my recollection) --Dystopos 06:42, 16 March 2007 (PDT)
