1971 or 1995
The 1995 (now saying 1971) dates for Andrew & Cathy Collins taking over the business came from the October 2007 article in the references (no longer on AL.com). it says, "Her smile was a common sight for the diners at the Lyric Hot Dog and Grill on Third Avenue North which she and husband Andrew operated since 1995." It also says she started working at Lyric Hot Dogs after she sold her business, Birmingham Laser Service. Perhaps he started working there in 1971 and she started in 1995? It doesn't say when they were married and I don't have a copy of her obit, which is sadly no longer online. --Lkseitz 15:36, 5 November 2013 (PST)
