Hodnett

The indications are that Hodnett became Hoover's elected mayor in 1976 after finishing Braddock's term, but I'm not 100% certain of that. --Lkseitz 11:58, 6 February 2007 (PST)

article name

  • I like what you've done here. I think it's better than "List of Mayors of Such-and-such". Good thinking. --Dystopos 13:10, 6 February 2007 (PST)
  • I have to give Darren credit for it. He put the link in Hoover, which I clicked on to add the entry. Although it was a concious decision by me to deviate from the format used in List of mayors of Birmingham (until now) and see how it went over. I'm glad it went over well. --Lkseitz 15:41, 6 February 2007 (PST)
  • Wow I actually did something good to the wiki! LOL... It made sense to me to have an article for "Mayor of suchandsuch" when it is really an article. A list should just be a list with links to the articles. While having articles for each mayor makes sense, talking about the mayoral history of the city sounded like a good article to me as well. --Wheresdib 16:07, 6 February 2007 (PST)
