  • My primary source copied verbatim from Burkhardt & Bowsher's special number of the Journal of the Birmingham Historical Society. It and Cinderella Stories confirm 1931 as the date. Oddly the building doesn't seem to be mentioned in the 1981 Southside-Highlands Report. --Dystopos 22:04, 17 July 2008 (PDT)
