* It was a pretty informal club and only lasted a few years, so there wasn't much need for name differentiation. In the age before the WWW became popular, the only way to connect to other systems was via a modem. I think I was the only member in the club with a modem and mine was a whopping 300 baud.   • It was a pretty informal club and only lasted a few years, so there wasn't much need for name differentiation. In the age before the WWW became popular, the only way to connect to other systems was via a modem. I think I was the only member in the club with a modem and mine was a whopping 300 baud.
