Tapestry Park is a 223-unit apartment complex on a 16-acre site on Montclair Road that formerly served as athletic fields for John Carroll Catholic High School.

The $23 million project was developed by Arlington Properties and built by Arlington Construction Services. The apartments are divided among six buildings, five of which surround a central lawn and swimming area. A dog park and a clubhouse equipped with a 24-hour fitness center and media library are also available to residents.

The 1-,2-, and 3-bedroom apartments rent for an average of $1,200 per month. They have 9-foot ceilings and are equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, garden tubs, private balconies and walk-in closets.

In 2013 the complex was purchased by the Steadfast Income Real Estate Investment Trust of Irvine, California for $32.4 million.
