This article is about the Homewood restaurant. For the multi-tenant development in Midtown Birmingham, see The Battery.

The Battery is a restaurant and bar located at 2821 Central Avenue in Homewood, a space formerly occupied by Little Donkey.

The restaurant is owned by Ben Chappell and located next door to his Interior Elements office furniture business. Jeff Compton was hired as executive chef.
