The Cottages on Weaver Avenue is a 63-unit residential subdivision located on Ashley Drive and Weaver Way, off of Weaver Avenue Northeast, behind Lowe's and Wal-Mart and south of I-20 in Leeds.

The community was developed in 2021 by Tower Homes as "build to rent" 3-bedroom single-family homes on 40-foot wide lots. In 2022 it was sold to Morrison Avenue Capital Partners of Tampa, Florida for $18.9 million.
