Shortly after opening that lot, Guster acquired the adjacent buildings at 1116 and 1120 3rd Avenue North, an [[ABC Store]] and a former [[Credit Finance Corp.]] office respectively, from [[Jim Burke Jr]].

The Third Avenue Food Court is a food truck lot developed in 2022 by attorney Eric Guster on the 1100 block of 3rd Avenue North (Block 263), just east of I-65 in Fountain Heights.

Guster purchased the former Waffle House at 1104 3rd Avenue North in 2022 and began offering space for food trucks to set up on their own schedules between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Shortly after opening that lot, Guster acquired the adjacent buildings at 1116 and 1120 3rd Avenue North, an ABC Store and a former Credit Finance Corp. office respectively, from Jim Burke Jr.
