Thomas James Wheeler Sr (born June 4 1863; died May 24, 1937) was a member of the Birmingham Board of Aldermen, representing the 1st Ward and chairing the Board's Park and Public Buildings Committee.
Wheeler died in 1937 and is buried at Elmwood Cemetery.
