The Tillman-Levenson building is a wedge-shaped, brick, one-story, 8,231 square foot commercial building located at 113 12th Street North. It was constructed in 1960 for the Tillman-Levenson discount retail store. It later housed the Entrepreneurial Center before it moved to Innovation Depot.

In 2014 architect and developer Brad Wardlaw announced plans to redevelop the Tillman-Levenson building as a culinary business incubator.
