Tributary Rise is a 286-unit apartment complex on a 111-acre adjoining the AT&T Alabama Operations Center at 3196 U.S. Highway 280 in Birmingham's Overton neighborhood, near The Summit and I-459.

The complex was developed by the Novare Group of Atlanta, Georgia with Batson-Cook Development Company, and opened in April 2022.

In addition to apartments, the development includes 25 lots for single-family homes. Amenities include a two-story clubhouse, salt-water swimming pool, and an artificial lake with kayaking and paddleboard rentals and three miles of walking trails. A 6.5-acre parcel was sold to Graystar for development of the 173-unit Overture Vestavia senior residence.
