U.S. Highway 280 (western terminus)

U.S. Highway 280 (western terminus), also called the U.S. Highway 280 (Mountain Brook), is a name given to the section of U.S. Highway 280 from its terminus at Elton B. Stephens Expressway (U.S. Highway 31) in Homewood to I-459.

The section is mostly within the city limits of Mountain Brook, with some sections in Birmingham, Homewood, Vestavia Hills, and unincorporated Jefferson County.
