University House is a 496-bed housing complex for UAB students developed by Atlanta's University Partners. It is located at the northwest corner of 3rd Avenue South and 14th Street in midtown Birmingham. Niles Bolton Associates of Atlanta was the design architect. Ground was broken by contractor Wood Partners in early May 2006. Opening occurred in August 2007.
