Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church is a congregation of the North Alabama Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church organized in 1952 and located at 2061 Kentucky Avenue in central Vestavia Hills. On November 13, 2022, the congregation voted to disaffiliate with the United Methodist Church with 1,021 ballots cast to disaffiliate and 262 ballots against (thus, 79.5% in favor). To disaffiliate a majority of at least 2/3 was required.
