Vestavia Medical Center

The Vestavia Medical Center or Swaid Vestavia Medical Center and Surgical Institute of Alabama is a 40,000 square-foot multi-tenant medical office building located at at 1021 Montgomery Highway in Vestavia Hills.

The center was developed in 2020 by Practice Partners and Swaid Swaid. Evan Terry Associates designed the building, which was constructed by Brasfield & Gorrie.

In 2022 the property was sold to an affiliate of Big Sky Medical of Dallas, Texas for $27.16 million.
