The Village at Grants Mill is a 200-unit apartment complex located at 5320 Beacon Drive near I-20's Grants Mill Road exit. It was built in 1985.

The complex underwent a major renovation in 2017. On November 29 of that year an elderly woman was found strangled to death by her boyfriend at her home in the complex.

LMS Real Estate sold the complex to an unnamed private capital group in 2018 for $18.75 million.
