Warren Averett Kimbrough & Marino LLC is Birmingham's largest privately-owned certified public accounting firm. It was founded in 1972. Its headquarters office is located at 2500 Acton Road. Branch offices are located in Cullman and Anniston.
Warren Averett acquired another accounting firm, Schauer Taylor P.C., in June 2008.
