The West Oxmoor Tower is a 6-story, 83,544 square-foot office building located at 11 West Oxmoor Road, just south of the intersection with Barber Court in Homewood. It was constructed in 1971.

From 1971 to 1993 the Weather Forecast Office Birmingham was located on the 4th floor of the West Oxmoor Tower. The Alabama Department of Human Resources moved its Jefferson County offices from West Oxmoor Tower to the former Social Security Building in Birmingham in 2011. The building currently houses the offices of the Alabama Department of Labor's Abandoned Mine Reclamation Program.

The property was bought by In-Rel Management of Lake Worth, Florida in 2008, and sold to investor Rabin Michael in 2013 for $3.5 million.
