William Sanford Moughon Jr (born May 1, 1926; died November 1991) was a private practice physician at St Vincents Hospital for 35 years and had an office located at 1900 4th Avenue South.
Moughon was the grandson of William Barker, an engineer who laid out the grid for the newly-created City of Birmingham in March 1872.
Moughon died in 1991 and his ashes are interred in the columbarium at St Luke's Episcopal Church in Mountain Brook.
