The Wine Loft is a national chain of wine bars based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with locations in 17 states. The chain was founded in 2002 by Jason and Melissa Doyle.

The downtown Birmingham location opened in early 2007 in the Goodall Brown Building at 2200 1st Avenue North. That franchise is locally owned by Mike Dunnavant and his son, Mick. The bar enforces a "business attire" dress code.

A second location opened at Mountain Brook's Cahaba Village Plaza in 2008. At the suggestion of Bayer Properties, it relocated to The Summit in 2010. It is company owned and managed by Remy Helu, former wine manager for Fleming's Prime Steakhouse.
