Slow Food Birmingham is the Birmingham convivium of the international "Slow Food" movement promoting the conservation of local food traditions, local ingredients, and sustainable food systems. It was founded in 2007 by Frank and Pardis Stitt and sponsors informational meetings and site visits to local producers catered by member restauranteurs.
