110 Office Park Drive is a 4-story, 51,000 square-foot office building constructed in 1972 in Mountain Brook's Office Park. The exterior of the nearly square building is clad with precast "double tee" shapes with narrow vertical bands of windows between them and a simple cornice wrapping the top. The entranceway and planters around the base are clad in red brick.

The building previously housed the Southtrust Mortgage Corporation. Accountants Pearce Bevill Leesburg Moore purchased the building from Wachovia Bank for $5.1 million in 2006, and then sold 63% of it back to Graham & Co.. They commissioned a renovation which included a new chiller system, exterior renovations, and a build-out of two floors for their offices.
