This is a List of Birmingham homicides in 1906. It includes homicide cases occurring within the city limits during the calendar year. Note that not all homicides are ultimately ruled to be murder in courts of law.
Listing
- May 4: Thomas Hewlett was shot to death by Harry Haynes at the Peerless Saloon over a gambling dispute.
- May 6: John Shugart, 53, died at Copeland's Infirmary from gunshot wounds suffered while attempting to intervene in the gun duel between Hewlett and Haynes two nights earlier.
- July 13: C. E. Wright, a special officer employed by the Southern Railway, was killed at Woodlawn. The suspect in his death was executed in Dayton, Ohio for another crime. (report)
