31 Inverness Center is a 6-story, 99,060 square-foot office building located at 31 Inverness Center Parkway in the Inverness Central office park section of the Inverness Center development off of U.S. Highway 280. It was built in 1980 and renovated in 1988.
The building was part of the HPT Sunbelt Portfolio which was acquired by the Hertz Investment Group of Woodland Hills, California in 2015. That portfolio, which included the Shipt Tower in downtown Birmingham, went into receivership in 2024.
