8 Office Park Circle is a 2-story office building constructed c. 1960 for the Republic Steel Corp. at 8 Office Park Circle in Mountain Brook's Office Park.
The building was designed by Lawrence Whitten and constructed by the Brice Building Co.. The project won an "Award of Merit" at the 1960 Festival of Arts Architectural Awards banquet organized by the Jefferson County Association of Architects.
During development of the Mountain Brook Municipal Complex in 2011–2013, the Mountain Brook Police Department, Mountain Brook Fire Department and Mountain Brook Animal Control leased office space in the building. The fire department erected a temporary 2-bay metal garage adjacent to the building for firefighting equipment.
