Anna Marie Manasco (born 1980 in Montgomery) is a federal judge in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Manasco completed a bachelor of arts at Emory University in 2002, and a master of science (2003) and D.Ph (2008) at Oxford before completing her professional degree at Yale Law School, also in 2008. While there she was executive editor of the Yale Law & Policy Review. Manasco served as clerk for Federal Appeals Court Judge Bill Pryor. In 2009 she joined Bradley Arant Boult Cummings in Birmingham as an associate. She was made a partner in the firm in 2019.

President Trump nominated Manasco to fill the vacancy left by Judge Karon Bowdre's transition to senior status. Her nomination was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on a 71–21 vote on May 20, 2020.
