California Fashion Mall was a clothing store operated by David Kim in the former Woolworth's on Block 86 at 1901 3rd Avenue North from the 1980s to 2020.

The store was vandalized and torched during riots on the night of May 31, 2020, leading to significant structure damage and the loss of an estimated $200,000 in merchandise. Volunteers helped to remove broken glass and board up the store. Kim was unsure if he would be able to reopen. By 2024 the building remained boarded up.
