Campus No. 124 is a 82,000 square foot commercial redevelopment of the former Valley Elementary School, on a 19-acre parcel at 310 Opportunity Drive (also addressed at 2408 Pelham Parkway) in Pelham.

It was developed by Schrimsher Properties of Huntsville and named to recall Pelham's 35124 ZIP code, hearkening to its previous 13-acre "Campus No. 805" mixed-use project in Huntsville.

The property adjoins a public park which connects to the Pelham Greenway trail system between Bearden Road and Oak Mountain State Park. There are 377 parking spaces on site. It has been designated as an "Entertainment District", allowing restaurant and bar patrons to carry drinks off-premises within the immediate area.

The project was scheduled to break ground in March 2020, but the event was postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The building was damaged during the March 25, 2021 tornado outbreak, causing extensive damage to the CoreFit location, which moved to the Southlake Village shopping center.

In addition to spaces in the former school building, the developers are offering a 3 acre outparcel site.
