Crawford McWilliams Hatcher Architects (also known by CMH Architects) is a large architecture firm founded in 1980 by partners Brandon Crawford, Everett Hatcher, and Jerry McWilliams. The company's offices are located at 1800 International Park Drive off Acton Road in Hoover.

Though they started small, they grew quickly, doubling in size in each of the firm's first few years. CMH currently has a payroll of over 40 employees, more than 30 of them registered architects. The firm specializes in the design of retail centers, but has wide-ranging expertise in institutional, corporate, governmental, multi-family residential, mixed-use and health care design. Other services include 3-D animation, corporate identity and branding, environmental and site design, publications and web design and development.

Founding partner Crawford retired in 1987. Since then four more principals have established themselves in the company: Jeffrey Black, Scott Carlisle, Michael O'Kelley, and Michael Tillman. The firm is recognized as one of the top five in profits and staffing by Birmingham Business Journal, and was awarded the "Architect of the Year" prize by the American Subcontractor's Association of Alabama.
