Faith Followers Spiritual Church of Truth is a congregation located at 601 1st Street North in Smithfield, on the northeast corner of the intersection with 6th Avenue North. The church originated with a prayer band in November 1952 and was chartered on November 19, 1956. The founding pastor was the Rev. Dr. Carolyn E. Maddox. Its brick building, a former house with an added worship space, was completed on June 6, 2004.
