Fleetio
Fleetio is a software developer focusing on fleet management applications for networked computers and devices. It was founded in January 2012 by Tony Summerville and took advantage of the resources of Innovation Depot to begin its growth.
In 2017 Fleetio, which then had 21 employees, relocated its offices to the upper floor of the 1900 Building at 1900 2nd Avenue North. BILT in Alabama designed the space, which was constructed by the Murray Building Company.
In 2023 Fleetio benefited from a $144.7 million "Series C" funding round led by Elephant Partners of Boston, Massachusetts. Summerville transitioned to the role of executive chair as Jon Meachin was promoted to CEO of the company. Following another $450 million funding round led by Elephant Partners and Goldman Sachs Alternatives in 2025, Fleetio acquired the maintenance authorization platform Auto Integrate of Portsmouth, England, with its large client base and extensive network of vendors in the US, Canada and Mexico.
