Hallmark Automotive Group

The Hallmark Automotive Group is a collection of automobile dealerships in the Birmingham area owned by Hallmark ACQ LLC of Franklin, Tennessee. The company acquired the former Jim Burke Automotive Group, including it's downtown "Auto Mall" properties, in spring 2024.

In 2025 Hallmark compensated the City of Birmingham $117,000 in order to acquire the alley right-of-way through Block 42 for expansion of its Hyundai dealership.
