Huffman Academy is an elementary school in the Birmingham City Schools system located at 1212 Cheyenne Boulevard, adjacent to Five Mile Creek in the Spring Lake neighborhood of Birmingham's Huffman community. The principal is Jeffrey Willis.

The school was originally planned as a replacement for Huffman Elementary School, which had been demolished in 2009, on the site of the former T. R. Wright Elementary School. Winter Construction Company won the bid to build the new 80,000-square foot building, designed by Davis Architects. By the time it opened, the school combined the students from T. R. Wright, Arthur Elementary School and Going Elementary School.

Huffman Academy opened in August 2011. Under the guidelines of the Alabama Accountability Act of 2015 Huffman Academy was designated as a "failing" school by the Alabama Department of Education in 2018.

In March 2023 the Birmingham Board of Education discovered irregularities in the school's finances. A subsequent audit found $13,679 to gone missing over a 4-year period. A bookkeeper resigned from the school during the investigation, and the system has filed a police report.
